October is National Chiropractic Health Month! This year’s campaign #Move4Life is focused on encouraging the public to move more. Movement is ESSENTIAL to overall health as it reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and even some cancers. It also strengthens bones and muscles. According to the CDC, only half of adults and about one quarter of high school students in the U.S. meet the minimum recommendations for physical activity. We’d love to talk to you about your activity level and what changes you may need to make.
