During the first session, you can expect a physical evaluation of the way you move. Using the TPI method we will create a baseline of your flexibility, posture, strength, and coordination.
Upon completion of your assessment, we will develop a plan for you to improve in the areas you need improvement. We will work closely with your golf coach/pro during this phase focusing on your swing style and body type.
Once your plan is established, you will have the option to train under the direction of Dr. Eyerly focusing on proper movement mechanics.
We will establish efficient movement patterns so you can get into, and stay in, proper golf posture. This will translate into increased strength and flexibility throughout your swing.
Finally, we will assess your physical movement patterns and compare them to your original baseline. Once you’re able to move more efficiently, you will have built the foundation to improve your game.
